What's inside
The whole day in one place: recorded as it happens, visible the same day.
Daily feed
Meals, sleep, nappies, activities and the teacher's note — recorded as it happens, not from memory at the end of the day.
Health and medication
Temperature, medication instructions and administration records, allergies. Health records cannot be edited; corrections are added as notes.
Attendance
A notification when your child arrives. Parents send absence notices and "grandma is picking up today" from the app.
Photos
The class's day. A frame containing a child without photo consent is not shared — consent works per frame.
Menu and calendar
Weekly menu, events and trip permissions. A child with an allergy raises a warning on the menu.
Messaging the school
One channel per child, plus meeting requests. Messages are never deleted; a mistake is corrected with a new message.
Fees
Balance and payment history. Payment happens at the school; this keeps the record, it does not collect money.
Development reports
End-of-term assessment. A published report never changes; a correction is a new version and the old one stays visible.
What makes it different
Most complaints in this category fall under three headings. All three were settled up front.
A real app, not a web page in a shell
Your scroll position is kept, tapping a notification opens the right screen, photos and videos actually download. These are not small things: they are most of what people complain about in this category.
Notifications carry no content
Your child's name or health information never appears on the lock screen — only "you have a new school notification". You see the content after opening the app, once access has been checked.
Boundaries exist inside the school too
Two parents at the same school know each other, so isolation does not stop at the school level. Each parent sees their own child and each teacher their own class — and that rule is enforced in the database, row by row, not in the app.
Parents use the mobile app; school staff use the browser.
I am a parent
You sign in from the mobile app, using the invitation code your school gives you together with your phone number.
The app is not in the stores yet; your school will let you know when it is.
I work at a school
The admin panel opens in a browser. Teachers enter daily records from the mobile app.
How do I get access?
Through your school: it registers you and hands you an invitation code, which works together with your phone number. Accounts cannot be self-created — the school decides who may see a child's data.
Your data
Servers are in Türkiye and hosting abroad is out of the question. Photos and documents are never served from public addresses; every access goes through an authorisation check. Notifications never contain your child's name or any content. You can download a copy of your data from the app, and delete your account from the app as well.
The school is the data controller; we do not use the school's data for our own purposes. Details: privacy page · account deletion.
