Privacy
This page is the summary declaration the app stores ask for. The authoritative document is the privacy notice your school provides, shown in the app under Profile → Privacy and my data. The Turkish text governs.
The school is the data controller
Your child's data is processed by the school; we provide the software. Retention is set by the school (defaults: daily records 2 years, health 2 years, messages 2 years, photos 1 year, audit log 5 years — counted from the day the child leaves).
Data processed
- Name, mobile number, optional email
- Daily reports, attendance, development notes
- Health data (special category): temperature, medication, allergies, growth — access follows a per-parent permission flag and every read is logged
- Class photos and videos — a frame containing a child without photo consent is never shared
- Messages with the school; push notification token
What we do not do
- No advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, no tracking
- No data sales, no third-party sharing
- No location collection; EXIF location is stripped on upload
- Notifications never contain names or content
- No card details are ever requested
Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK art. 11) you may request information, correction and deletion. In the app: Profile → Download my data and Profile → Delete my account. Details: account deletion.
Backups
Daily backups are kept for 14 days, so records may persist in backups for up to 14 days after a deletion request. We cannot change this technically, so we state it instead of hiding it.
